Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Fine Events Sydney to plan and coordinate your event. We are the Fine Crew a team of event designers and stylists, specialising in event planning and coordination.
Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and conditions prior to making your deposit and booking.
– All prices quoted for event styling and prop hire are valid for 10 days only, after which Fine Events Sydney reserves the right to increase the price as they see fit.
– All prices are based on a 2022 price guide; prices may vary.
– To book we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the total quote this must be placed within 5 days of receiving the invoice. We are unable to hold a date without a deposit.
– Once the quote is received, please check and confirm all items are correct and if any changes are needed, this may occur an extra cost.
– For Event Styling the balance of the invoice is required 10 days prior to the event. If payment is not received at this time, Fine Events Sydney has the right to cancel your booking and keep all payments that have been made.
– For all Wedding Planning and Styling the balance of the invoice is required 1 month prior to the event. If payment is not received at this time, Fine Events Sydney has the right to cancel your booking and keep all payments that have been made.
Payment can be made in cash or by a bank transfer.
All prices and services exclude GST and will be added to the invoice.
All hire items are only for a 3-day period and will need to be returned in its original condition.
All damages made to any third-party props or equipment are payable by the customer and is not the responsibility of Fine Events Sydney.
– All cancellations must be given in writing addressed to Fine Events Sydney.
– All event cancellations will forfeit the amount paid and all prop hire deposits.
– For all COVID-19 affected clients – no refunds will be made to booked events, but Fine Events Sydney will work with you and our vendors to postpone your event to a new date.
We love to show off our gorgeous clients and their events and will therefore contact your photographer after your event to request to see some of your images. These may then be added to our website for advertising purposes. Please notify us in writing if you DO NOT want us to contact your photographer.
